How to become a good role model for others

• How can you serve as a role model for others by acting ethically in the following areas? 
• with customers- with customers you can help them any way needed, If they are flipping out over something try to find a way to calm them down
• with co-workers- Don't argue with them try to get along, and be a team because the better everyone works together better the company is.
