Tips to reduce Miscarriages,

  1. Get Checked. Get checked for STDS, because this can harm your baby.
  2. Exercice in Moderation. Do not do anything that will lose your balance such as horse back riding, skiing, or no running because that is heavy and body temperature and reduce blood.
  3. Get Vaccinated. Even though you may not think the little disease can't hurt your baby may actually hurt the baby. May sure you have all your shots you need.
  4. Watch what you eat. Avoid unpasteurized dairy products like soft cheese like brie and camembert and undercooked or raw meat.
  5. Talk to your doctor. Chronic conditions like thyroid disease, epilepsy, lupus, diabetes can increase your risk of miscarriage. Also tell your doctor about any family history of infertility, clotting disorders, recurrent miscarriages or other disease.
  6. Be careful with stress. When moms-to-be are stress it may cause a miscarriage. Stay positive, happy, and relaxed.
  7. Watch for you weight. Gaining to much weight may case miscarriages due to the fatness in your stomach. Be careful not to gain to much weight. It's best to watch what you eat and consume during your pregnancy.
